The hosts' hospitality was outstanding, offering handmade jams & bathroom products. The breathtaking views from the bedroom and terrace were astounding. Perfect location for the Cares Gorge hike. The breakfasts were delicious with lots of variations. The renovated house in the mountains was stunning.

The surrounding nature is ideal for outdoor activities such as hiking. We had a blast exploring the trails and taking in the breathtaking views of the Naranjo de Bulnes Mountains. It felt like stepping into a nature documentary, except with comfy beds and delicious Asturian cuisine waiting for us at the end of the day!

I recently stayed at Casa Maru for two nights and it was an incredible experience. The hosts, Jhousy and Alberto, were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking, especially during breakfast time. Speaking of breakfast, the spread prepared by Jhousy was delicious and varied, with a wide selection of fruits, cheeses, meats, and more. The attention to detail throughout the B&B, from the room set-up to the bathroom amenities, was impressive. Jhousy and Alberto's knowledge of the area and hiking suggestions were invaluable. I highly recommend this great B&B!

The room was so cozy and comfortable, I felt right at home. It had everything I needed, like an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom was amazing, with a spa bath and a bathrobe, it made me feel like a VIP. I loved that there was a shared kitchen, it was convenient to prepare snacks and drinks. Each bedroom had a stylish touch and a flat-screen TV, making it perfect for relaxing after a long day. The free toiletries and hair dryer provided were a nice touch, a hassle-free experience!

Personally, I'm not a fan of having a seating area in the double room. I prefer to have more space to move around freely.

I had such an amazing stay at Casa Maru! The drive up to the house was a little nerve-wracking with all those hairpin bends, but when I reached the top, the breathtaking views made it all worth it. The location is absolutely wonderful, surrounded by stunning mountains and valleys. Carmen, the host, was so helpful and made sure everything was in order during my stay. The house itself was perfect for my trekking adventures, with easy access to hiking trails like El Cuetòn and Bulnes. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a variety of fresh fruits, local cheeses, meats, and more. I'll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family!
